1. Person-to-person skills:-

  • Such skills are used when talking face-to-face with one or more people. Not only is verbal communication and effective speaking essential for effective person-to-person skills, but also our voice , verbal signals, gestures, facial expressions, body language, appearance, and positive listening skills are also important as per Ali Sami Farooq.
  • The advantage of having good person-to-person skills is that you can contribute effectively in groups and teams and become a "team player".
  • Build strong relationships with other members of the group, leading to better communication and better relationships with others.
  • Excellent person-to-person skills can also help you improve your problem-solving and decision-making skills.

2. Presentation skills:

  • Aling this skill is rarely used, effective presentation skills are important for management students who intend to become future business leaders.
  • In your life, you may need to present information to customers, employees, buyers, labor unions, sellers, public servants , suppliers, agents, and even the entire community.
  • In formal or informal settings, it is either an individual or a group.
  • Effective presentation skills require proper planning, preparation, and practice.

3. Writing skills:

  • The manager's communication skills are not limited to direct verbal or non-verbal interactions with others, but also to good written communication.
  • It includes the ability to write clearly, concisely and effectively.
  • Includes knowing grammatical errors  spelling errors, knowledge of formal and informal structures/techniques, and the importance of the structure of business letters or reports.

4. Personal Skills:-

It focuses on improving self-esteem, building confidence, developing a positive posture, maintaining a healthy body and mind, developing a positive feeling for yourself, and knowing anger management  and stress management techniques that can help you develop communication skills.
