How to Increase Your Golfing Skills ? Ali Sami Farooq
Golfers are always looking for great ways to improve their skills. Ali Sami Farooq drew up a list of the 3 best ways to increase your golf skills without having to pay a coach to help you.
One of the biggest mistakes see most golfers make is not keeping their elbow touching their hips. It is very easy to overlook this step because it feels natural for the elbows to stand out to the sides, but try to avoid doing so at all costs. Your elbow touching your hip keeps your stick straight and pleasant so you have more control when you hit the ball.
Most golfers think that the harder the ball hits, the further it goes. This is not necessarily true. Precise swing is needed, directly in the center of the ball to get you far. If you are swinging too hard and are not hitting the exact part of the stick you need, the blow will be cut or turned into a blow of fresh air. Take your time and make sure you hit the right place on the stick and once you've mastered it, go on to hit the ball with more power.
The whole body should move whenever you swing. If you only use the strength of your upper body, you won't get all the power you could get if you were putting your hips in the swing. As the swing descends, the hips must follow the same movement. It's almost like you're mimicking the movement of the golf club. Your hips should swing at almost the same speed as the golf club. Watch the pros on TV when they swing. It's almost like they're using his whole body to strike.
Balancing the golf club uses many muscles that are not normally used as often. Having a strict training regiment along with practice helps increase your game. The more fit your core, back, legs and arms are, the greater the chances that you will hit the ball correctly each time and consistently. Your muscles have memory and the more you use them, the more memory they will retain.
